Wednesday, 13.19 CET,
I watched a movie called 8 A.M. Metro—it's a Hindi movie.
I loved the detailing and how they addressed minor details in life.
It's a story of a housewife, a working husband, panic/anxiety attacks, and depression.
The movie addresses different stages of life.
Past
It’s often said the past does not exist. It’s all in the past.
Yes, I agree; for sure, that’s why we call it the past. But who will talk about the impact of it?
I mean, I pretty much agree with it. Also, I am a person who loves to live in the moment, and I believe we cannot undo anything in life. So thinking about it, you're just wasting energy and creating problems for yourself.
But there are moments when we react to things a certain way because we had some experience in the past that had quite an impact on us.
Because most of the time we don't even know what is triggering that. And not everyone can afford therapy and find the root cause.
I loved the part from this movie where a stranger helps her overcome that fear and make her free. I loved the fact that, yes, we cannot undo the past, but if we meet the right people in life, we overcome the impact.
Career, Present, Relationship
It also speaks about how relationships matter to live the life, as does the career, and at the same time, making sure to live and enjoy the current moment.
Well, isn’t it too much to manage at the same time? For some people, work is a priority; for some, relationships are. Who is right?
Prioritizing the Career
I feel I can always work. But because I think work is work. But for some people, it's passion. In that case, aren’t they missing out on life? Because we have limited days. And why wait to experience the love and companionship? Because aren’t we tired when we get older? Will we be able to experience and do the things with the same energy?
Prioritizing the Relationship
What about work? For people who want to achieve something, if they focus on love and relationships, will they also have the energy later on? Because for business or career, being in the right place at the right time matters.
It’s pretty much explained in this movie. There is no such thing as priority, because all the things needed in life are a hustle.
Final Thoughts :
The smart ones know how to balance these aspects. And at the end, you are always going to miss one or another thing.
Personally, I think relationships are the fuel that we need to work smoothly.
Also these lines i am taking with me
‘“Everything you love, you'll lose one day
But in the end, love will come back in a different form "
Confidantly yours…….
